Forest CityStone, chondrite, (H5). The Forest City meteorite fell on May 2, 1890 at 5:15 pm in Winnebago County, Iowa. A fireball was seen all over the Eastern USA and dropped a shower of over 500 stones. The largest piece weighed 36 kilos and the total known weight is ~122 kilos. Most of Forest City is in museums and it is quite difficult to acquire.
